There is an nice parcel of agricultural land of 4,054 m2, to be sold (Croatia, Istria, near little town Barban).
The land is registered as an pasture (500 m2) and a vineyard (3,554 m2), but on the ground is all pasture, vineyard no longer exist. There is also an little traditional Istrian stone building on the land - kazun (in the history it was used as a shelter for shepherds).
