About the project
Terraced houses „UL. ŠKOLNÍ “Vysoké Mýto is a project of new construction of 8 two-storey terraced houses with a usable floor area of approximately 167 m2, including an outdoor terrace. The house also has a garage.
The houses include paved areas in front of the house and gardens behind the house. Access to the garden is via the house and further behind the gardens there will be a path 1.3 m wide, access to the gardens through the gates. Garden owners will have a co-ownership share in the path.
The project is implemented in a quiet location with the subsequent construction of private houses, where in the urban study of this location is planned central greenery with the possibility of relaxation, walks, etc.
In the project, it is possible to request client changes within the individual stages of construction according to the manual of client changes after concluding a contract on a future purchase contract.
Houses and relevant land will be sold to personal ownership.
The owner of the land, developer and implementer of the construction is the company AGILE spol. s r.o.
