8. Prefinished aluminum soffits, eaves trough, fascia and downspout
9. Maintenance-free aluminum exterior railing (if required, due to grade)
10. Fully paved asphalt driveway
11. Two exterior hose bibs located in garage and at rear of house
12. Lot fully graded, top-soiled and sodded
