Villa Katya is located on a flat plot with fantastic view on the sea, near the beautiful Mediterranean town Moraira on the Costa Blanca.
Less than 15 minutes from the urban center of Calpe and approximately one hour from vibrant Valencia. The area combines the tranquillity of a traditional fishing village with the possibility of cultural plans offered by large cities.
The villa has been designed by Ramón Gandia Brull architectural studio and is one of the best examples of contemporary Mediterranean architecture, creating an abundance of geometry, light and space.
