Geriatric centre in the Alicante province. It´s currently empty and did not get to premiere.
It is located near the beach. The centre has bungalows and apartments.
There are a total of 250 places, including reception, cafe, kitchens, offices, warehouses, laundry, machine room, solars energy self-consumption, 6 water tanks and 3 swimming pools.
It is situated 35 min from the international airport of Alicante
