A Mudejar architecture, is developed around a Canarian patio with a square floor, which acts as the main distributor of the house and favors lighting and ventilation. This one has a closed upper gallery, with guillotine windows and supported by right feet with Ionic capitals and an insignificant shoe made of wood of tea, supported on stone bases, it works as distributor of the noble plant.
Built entirely of irregular basaltic stone with walls of about 80 cm thick, it is organized in two heights and consists of several bodies, all topped by 6 gable roofs with the traditional Arabic tile, executed on a structure of couple and row of wood of tea.
Its facade restored in the S. XIX in romantic style, with large decorative features and large windows protected with high quality floral motifs made in wrought iron.
