The two storey house is located in a quiet and picturesque village called Zvolenska Slatina in 15 minutes drive from Zvolen (Banska Bystrica Region). The house has two separate entrances, a garage, a terrace. On the first floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom and a music studio, which in the future can be used as a bedroom or cinema room. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms and a kitchen. There is an exit to the attic, which can also be turned into a living room. Since the house is very large, it can be suitable for doing business: a small hotel or a company that needs to combine office with storage space.
In front of the house there is a garden plot which, if desired, can be converted into a parking lot.
Heating by electricity, if desired, you can bring gas or other types of alternative heating, all the necessary preparatory work has already been carried out.
The village of Zvolenska Slatina has a very favorable geographical position. On the one hand, it is a very quiet and peaceful place, adjacent to the forest, and on the other, it is close to such cities as Zvolen and Banská Bystrica. To Bratislava you will get in 2 hours by highway, to Košice in 3 hours.
Also it is necessary to note good transport infrastructure, availability of railway station and bus communication.
