The house is situated in a natural rural setting in place Ihova - 2 minutes from the town Benedikt, by the regional road Gornja Radgona - Maribor.
The house was partly built in 1998 (III. construction phase) and finalized to its present state in 2008.
It has three floors and covers the following areas:
Basement includes a boiler room, pantry, utility room and a garage.
The ground floor has an open plan kitchen and living room with terrace, two bedrooms, bathroom with tub and toilet, hallway, staircase to the basement and first floor.
First floor is unfinished and has a prepared installation (electricity and water) for bathroom and kitchen if desired. The space offers 4 bedrooms (one with balcony).
Central heating by wood (annual cost 400-500 €).

Behind the house is a forest and a gorgeous view of the neighbouring hill.
