### Location
The facility is located on a hill above Portorož, on the most elite location of the Slovenian coast, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Piran. The guest house is surrounded with the luxurious villas and beautiful houses. The area also has the name of Portoroz Hills, was named after the famous Holiwood Hills. As the guest house is situated slightly above Portorož, it offers a quite remote holiday on the one hand, and quick access to the whole infrastructure needed: beaches, Marina Protorož, shops, restaurants, caffees, night clubs and all the most famous turist attractions of the region.

### Property description
The guest house was built in 1974 and was renovated in 1984. The plot measures 805 m2, where as the area of the building equals to 550 m2 net floor area.
The building comprises 4 floors with 13 rooms. Each room is furnished and equipped, which allows the guest house meet the first guests immidiatly after the purchase. Some of the rooms have a terrace or balcony with a magnificent over the Piran bay and Dragonje vally.
Moreover there is a a kitchen for guests in the facility whith a dining room, where anyone can either prepare a meal of his own, or it can be rearanged into a small restaurant. The problem of parking spase is partly solved by a garage. Parking for the guests is arranged infront of the facility.
