About the project
A modern neighborhood, which is distinguished from other residential projects mainly by its quiet surroundings, closed design with limited access to one entrance, and carefully located buildings with good infrastructure in the surrounding area.
The construction of an underground garage and two buildings is already underway, and in the first part, 43 apartments will be available in two buildings.
A diverse spectrum of apartments is available, from studios to four-room apartments. All apartments will offer an outdoor area in the form of a loggia, terrace or atrium.
The buildings are designed in the shape of the letter L, the lower part in two floors and the tower with a total of five floors.
The buildings will be placed in the space with the most modern living standards in such a way that the area will remain open and airy, and the entire final form of the settlement will function synchronously with the rest of the already existing building fabric. All apartments will offer outdoor areas, and two apartments per building will also have a larger terrace.
All stationary traffic will be moved to the underground garage, where parking spaces, bicycle storage and storage will be available, and direct access to the residential area via a communication area with an elevator will make the journey to the floor of your new home as easy as possible.
2500 m2 of green areas will be provided, which will include green areas, playgrounds, footpaths, urban equipment and lighting. A pleasant, family-friendly environment, where there will be no passing cars in transit, will certainly be an important factor in the decision for a new apartment.
The floor plans of the apartments, as in all projects of the Novogradnje Maribor Group, will be maximally usable, modernly designed, with lots of natural light and no unused areas. Places planned for interior decoration and sensibly placed communication areas will provide added value to the apartments. We will realize low operating costs by using high-quality energy-efficient materials and construction that takes into account modern energy standards.
