StoneArk Estate is nested in breath-taking nature on the crossroads of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. It is the last unspoiled natural reserve in Europe, which is at the same time easily accessible by transport.
House area is 463 m2, located on the surface of 3.75 hectares at an altitude of 1,000 meters. In the basement are located a wine cellar and boiler room. The ground floor has a living area, and a sports hall with a basket (area 36 m2) with associated facilities (shower, bath, sauna). Upstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On both sides of the building are footbridges, one of which is a function of the summer kitchen and dining room, while the other is related to the swimming pool (6x12m dimensions of the turbojet and solar heating pool water) and a sports ground mixed content (dimensions 30x15m) where they can play the official game of basketball and volleyball, and tennis matches. Courts have lights for night games. The house has its own spring water from a well depth of 60m.
