A five star hotel project with a casino, on the Adriatic coast.
The total area of 86 000 sq. m. land plot Area - 41 175 sqm + 15 290 sq. m. from the beach. The project involves the construction of a five star hotel with 20 floors, conference rooms and SPA. The complex is located on the shore of a private Bay, with a large beach area and good access from the main road. On the site of the new construction previously housed one of the most luxurious hotels on the Adriatic. Its area is not more than 20 % of the reconstruction project. The hotel will be open all year round. The urban concept involves three groups of objects: a hotel, villas (classic and VIP) and an Annex, common areas (gyms, disco, amphitheater, garage). The complex has two helipads and a Marina.
In the hotel 398 guest rooms in the annexe building has 25 rooms, villas with 52 rooms. On the territory of the hotel complex will be: casino, night club, disco, amphitheater, Congress center, restaurant, SPA, 3 tennis courts, skating rink and indoor Playground, indoor pool with gym, outdoor pool, bowling club, Marina. The approximate duration of the project is 20 months.
The hotel complex is located between St. Stefan and Petrovac. From the city of Budva it is about 13 kilometers Southeast, from St. Stephen about 4 kilometers, while from Petrovac about 3 kilometers Northwest (by highway) and about 875 yards through a pedestrian tunnel.The hotel complex is located below the Adriatic highway. The complex of objects is located on the access road to the site (ancillary facilities and villas) and on the beach (hotel building and Marina). The hotel is located in an enclave between the surrounding hills and mountains and has a beautiful sea view. Two historic towns nearby, Budva and Petrovac, offer a rich variety of restaurants, Nightclubs and some of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast.
The hotel is surrounded by world-famous resorts, attracting a large number of tourists every year. In addition to Budva, Petrovac and St. Stephen, nearby is the Bay of Kotor, a UNESCO world heritage site, Tivat, with a Marina for luxury yachts. The capital of Montenegro - Podgorica, with an international airport, is a 90-minute drive away.
