Characteristic house, of about 126 sqm, located in a small village of about 12 km from Todi city, finely restored with the use of quality materials. In the restructuring we have been maintained the original features: floors and wooden ceiling and terracotta, floor tiles made by hand of all rooms, including the coating of the staircase and the bathrooms floor. The kitchenette of the tavern was built in traditional Umbrian style with ancient stone sink. The coating of the bathrooms, embellished with special stone washbasins, give an extra touch of preciousness to the house. The two ancient stone fireplaces are the unique pieces, worked by the artisans. The works of restoration have been followed so excellent in every detail. The window frames are wood with double insulated glass and mosquito nets. Heating is autonomous. The house is on three levels with an independent entrance from a small square of the village. On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace, there has been made a predisposition for a kitchenette. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the basement, where there is a tavern with kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom and exit to a small street of the village. The house reflects the pleasure of a stay in the tranquility of a typical village rich in its traditions.
