Characteristic apartment of about 123 sqm + cellar of 13 sqm, located in a small village of about 12 km from Todi city, finely restored with the use of quality materials. In the restructuring we have been maintained the original features: floors and wooden ceiling and terracotta, floor tiles made by hand of all rooms, including the coating of the staircase and the bathrooms floor. The kitchenette is built in typical Umbrian style with ancient stone sink and typical fireplace for cooking. The coating of the bathrooms, embellished with special stone washbasins, give an extra touch of preciousness to the house. The works of restoration have been followed so excellent in every detail. The window frames are wood with double insulated glass and mosquito nets. Heating is autonomous. The house is on two levels, with the entrance from the outside staircase. On the first floor there is a kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor there are: large living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and bathroom. From the windows of the second floor you can admire a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The house reflects the pleasure of a stay in the tranquility of a typical village rich in its traditions.
