Also on the ground floor is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Next to the villa is a cottage that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We are gated and fenced property for security that covers 5 terraces of walking paths of olive, fig and fruit trees. The property covers approximately 1 hectare (2.4 acres) of land.
