In central Italy, in the Marche Region, not far from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and from the city of Ascoli Piceno, for sale magnificent productive agricultural estate, of 14.6107 hectares, specialized in the production of high quality wines, typical of Made in Italy. The grapes grown in the various vineyards, for a total of 12.1747 hectares, belong to the following varieties: black Merlot, white Passerina, black Montepulciano and white Pecorino. The vineyards are all grouped together and easily accessible, and in the farm there is a rustic building of approximately 200 square meters, on two floors above ground currently under renovation. The company can produce at least thirty brands of fine wines (Rosso Piceno, Falerio, Terre di Offida Passerina, Marche Alicante, Marche Cabernet Sauvignon, Marche Merlot, Marche Moscato Bianco and many others). The agricultural environment is characterized by hilly fertile soils, kept mainly as vineyards, which also allow a tourist use encouraged by the quality of the surrounding landscape.
