Description of the Villa
Villa in traditional Italian style lake located in a picturesque area of town. The project for its construction was created by architect Mantegazza, who is known in his homeland for his ability to create masterpieces. This Villa is a harmonious ensemble of buildings and elements of landscape design. It takes full account of the terrain and blends in with the surrounding landscape. The architectural highlight of the facility is a portico with columns, for lining which used natural granite. Granite elements in the same family are present in all buildings of the complex. The second unifying motif are tiled roofs that adorn all the buildings.
Interiors
The main residential building of the Villa has two floors. Feature a spacious living room, located on the first floor, is a huge panoramic window and exit to the terrace. It is adjacent to the spacious kitchen, equipped with a real wood-burning fireplace, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is guest. On the lower floor there is a tavern (openspace) with large fireplace and direct access to the Park, kitchen, lounge for relaxation and entertainment, a wine cellar and a bathroom. The Villa has a large capital garage.
Landscape
The Villa is surrounded by its own well-tended Park, which area is 3800 sq. m. There are dozens of varieties of plants: trees, shrubs, flowers etc, They provide shade provide a cool, pleasing to the eye with its greenery and concerned with indescribable flavors.
