Hotel for the development of agro-tourism . Located in a picturesque location, near Gorizia and river Isonzo ( Soca ), at the foot of Mount Sabotino , on the border with the Slovenian town of Nova Gorica. The hotel is located on a plot of 8000 sq.m. and consists of three buildings, a wine cellar and a swimming pool . On the ground floor of the first two-storey building there are located: a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. The ground floor area - 200 sq.m. On the second floor is an apartment - 85m.kv. , restaurant with 30 seats inside and 40 seats outside . The second two-storey building consists of a cellar area of 300 square meters on the second floor there are 9 apartments , one apartment of 100 square meters, 2 to 80 sq. ft. , 6 to 40 sq.m. Apartments are equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning , heated floors , TV and WI \ FI. On the third floor of 100 square meters, there is a pool under a wooden roof , with changing rooms and toilets. The outdoor pool, approx. 14 x7 ( in the yard ), is surrounded by a large park . The area around the pool (500 square meters) is faced with natural stone Istrian - Pietra d'istria. The residential complex is fenced and equipped with parking.
