There is a long-term contract with the operator, in force since 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2029. There are rent increases: 2016 - 1 200 000 euros; 2017 - 1 250 000 euros; 2018 - 1 350 000 euros. After five years of the lease it will be the sum of 1 500 000 euros annually. Rental Amount 1 250 000 Euro guaranteed a German insurance company.
