It has a wood sauna for six persons!
This cottage has been successfully rented out, when the there is no need for the (“other part”!) family to occupy it!
Both cottages are livable throughout the year.
The property is offered unfurnished but can be arranged sold furnished.
Both houses are equipped with fireplaces and have comfortable electrical floor heating.

General speaking the property lays comfortable at the at the end of the road, quiet and safe!
The hunting and fishing conditions are excellent and boating waterways is possible throughout the whole country, even to the sea.
Cross country skiing: a must in the wintertime, and a small “downhill”sloop at Pääskyvuori, close to Heinavesi, has 3 lifts, restaurant and rental equipment.
The location lays more or less in the triangle of Varkaus, Joensuu, Savonlinna, some 75 km away from each.
Kolovesi National park is 25 km away!
The roads to the cottage (Pilpantie and Koiraniementie) are maintained during summer and wintertime (e.g.in winter kept snow free!).Roads on the property can be done as well!
