The house is located in the Kamenica area, near Prague - Vshedobrovitse. The house had been recently renovated. There is a basement with a lounge area where the fireplace, sauna and wine cellar is located.
1st floor: spacious living room with a fireplace and a luxurious kitchen with integrated appliances Bosch; vinyl flooring, floor heating throughout the ground floor; bathroom with shower, lavatory; access to the covered terrace with barbecue area, and a beautifully lighted terrace. All windows are covered with electric shutters and protective film.
2nd floor: On the second floor there are five bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and toilet, air conditioner is in every room, which can also be used for heating the place.
For home heating there is a gas boiler installed.
