The complex consists of 8 separate apartments. There is a covered parking on the ground floor. It is located in a dead end, in very quiet place, 400 m from shops and Medical centre and 550 m from banks, restaurants and bars. There are communications for installing air conditioners, kitchen furniture in every apartment, no household appliances. Spacious balconies, some of the apartments have small plot of land (garden). There are solar panels for water heating. Peyia is located on the slopes of the hills near Coral Bay, 4 km from the beach.
