The apartment is located in the oldest part of town (peninsula), within the city walls which, since July 2017,
are on the UNESCO list of protected cultural heritage, 100 m from the church of St. Donatus and 500m
from famous installation Greetings to the sun and Sea organs. The apartment consists of hallway, dining room,
living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, and it has about 60 square meters. It also has a storage room at the entrance
to the building. The apartment was fully renovated in 2002, and partially in 2017. Ownership is neat.
