The house is built entirely of natural and eco materials, with local heating - combined with a fireplace in the living room of a water jacket and a solar system.
The yard is divided into two parts: a lawn in front of the veranda and a garden part separated by decorative fences. There are planted more than 25 fruit and decorative trees such as apples, plums, pears, birch, cercher, tuyi, cascading roses, glycines and other perennial shrubs and flowers.
In the back of the yard there is also a wooden building for wood and garden tools.
