1. On the first floor there are two double rooms and one triple room . No balcony .
2 . The second, third and fourth floor has two apartments of 60 square meters . All have air conditioning . There is a possibility for the formation of a separate floor.
Yard with grass and flowers and a separate seating area with a summer barbecue .
The house is located 250 meters from the beach , 30 meters from the main street in a quiet street . 50 meters is the bus station. The house was built in 1997 .
